MACARONI CARBONARA MUSHROOM


Assalammualaikum n salam sejahtera cam kebiasaan k.rose terlebih dahulu mengabas dapur kedua k.rose mencari idea2 untuk masakan ari ni coz time cam nilah gangguan tak seberapa anak2 dah pegi mengaji .....Hari ni plan nk masak simple je..... janji anak2 suka..... kebiasaan time lunch my daughter n my hubby tak balik so senanglah sikit.


(SUMBER ASAL DARI RINNCHAN)
Ingredients :
200gm macaroni..boiled till softened.
70gm Parmesan Cheese.....I used sliced cheese

Filling
200gm chicken, prawn, squid, fish filamen.....cubed
50gm minced meet
1 potatoe....sliced thinly
1 onion..preferably the white onion..chopped
2 teaspn black pepper

White Sauce
4 tbs butter
5 tbs wheat flour
2 1/2 cups fresh milk
1/2 cube chicken stock (melt with 1/2 cup of warm water)
2/3 tsp salt

Instruction:
1. Fry the mixture for the filling. Pour in some water to soften the potatoe faster. Keep aside.
2. For the white sauce, melt the butter over a medium flame. Put in flour and continue whisking not to let the batter crumbled. Pour in milk, chicken stock mixture and salt.
3. Pour in the filling mixture, stir well for a while and off the fire.
4. Mix together white sauce with the macaroni. Pour into desired casserole and sprinkle adequate cheese on top. Then bake at 220 deg C for 15~20 mins.
5. May be eaten as it is or with chillie sauce.

(Tp dalam resipi k.rose tambahkan carbonara cendawan frego utuk lebih melazatkan.Erm..... memang tidak sah klau tidak menokoh tambahkan resipi asal sorry tuan punya resipi asal ya) tp yg penting resipi asal kita tak ubah.....adapun penambahan bahan lain adalah untuk KELAZATAN
